7:15pm-8:15pm
$105 Pre-registered or Drop-in $13 per class (cash only for drop-in), non-refundable, includes GST
No pre-requisites. Please bring a towel, water and wear comfortable exercise clothing.

Optional equipment - light dumbells (1-3 pounds) or Zumba Toning Sticks; the instructor will incorporate the use of toning sticks for one song in the routine.  Toning Sticks can be ordered in class or online at Zumba.com. The use of weights is optional. If you are new to Zumba it is recommended that you try the routine for a few weeks before incorporating weights.
